How to Make This Recipe

 Brown chicken in a skillet, about 3 minutes per side.

Sautee onion, garlic, ginger, curry, coriander, cumin, cayenne.

Add tomato sauce and sweet potatoes, and simmer for 7-8 mins

To the pan, add chicken thighs, cauliflower, rainbow chard stems and coconut milk.

Add frozen edamame and rainbow chard leaves.

Cover the pan until swiss chard leaves are wilts down.
